But in the hands of founder Janeya Mehta, this an cient emblem transforms into a contemporary gesture of joy.

“The conch is more than a motif,” says Mehta. “It carries a resonance of blessings, culture, and continuity. This year, we wanted to translate that spirit into food — into something tangible and beautiful.”

 The result is The Conch Box — a sculptural, cream-toned hamper that feels like a keepsake. Inside, there’s a quiet opulence in every bite. Think Buck wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies, Pistachio & Sesame Maharaja Cookies, Rye Flour Butter Shortbread, and Sundried Tomato & Garlic Sourdough — each piece small-batch and hand-fin ished. Then come the Besan & Truffle Ladoos (a playful fusion of mithai and modern indulgence), the Palang Tod Bars, and VOL 8 ISSUE 1 Peri Peri Namak Paras, which feel both familiar and daringly new.

HollyBelly’s chocolate truffles— flavoured with pistachio, coconut, whiskey, and dark chocolate — are decadent enough to pass as edible jewellery. The finishing touch: jars of Tange rine Marmalade, Cocoa & Hazelnut Spread, and a fiery Artisa nal Chilli Oil, each promising a spoonful of indulgence.
